History on the Cutting Edge
Starting up just before the post World War II television boom, Joseph Electron ics joined the industry at an opportune moment. Beginning as a modest, local
operation, the business quickly evolved into an electronics distributorship, supplying TV replacement parts for
technician service organizations as well as hobbyists and do-it-yourselfers. As it continued to grow and expand its influence, Joseph Electronics remained a family owned entity until 1989. By then, the business had
expanded from the service industry into the industrial electronics and broadcast markets. In 2001, President Charles Annella, Sr. and his partner, Yohay Hahamy, Senior Vice President, purchased the business and refocused its efforts on the exploding HDTV market. Today, Joseph Electronics is the most experienced HDTV
distributor in the national broadcast industry, serving hundreds of high-profile clients in all corners of the market
